By accessing or using Acubens Typing Master ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Acubens Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd, having its registered office at 2nd Floor Palika Market, Opposite: Pillar No. 64, Ashok Raj Path, Patna - 800006, Bihar.

2. Service Description

Acubens Typing Master provides a free online typing practice and testing platform. Features include:

• Typing practice lessons (Home Row, Upper Row, Bottom Row, Number Keys)
• Full typing tests with custom paragraph uploads
• Real-time feedback with strict mode option
• Performance tracking (WPM, accuracy, correct/wrong words)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to provide your name and email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your session
• All activities that occur under your session
• Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Application

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Acubens Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

By uploading text files to the Application:

Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
