    By using Acubens Notepad, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Acubens Notepad ("the Service") at https://acubens.in/notepad/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Acubens Notepad is a free online note-taking web application that allows registered users to create, edit, save and manage personal notes in the cloud. The Service is provided by Acubens, Patna, Bihar, India.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@acubens.in
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

Store or share illegal, harmful, threatening or defamatory content
Attempt to hack, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malware, viruses or any malicious code
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Your Content

You own all notes and content you create. By using the Service, you grant Acubens a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your notes.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure or available at all times. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Acubens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data.

We strongly recommend you keep backups of important notes by using the download (TXT/HTML) feature.

9. Advertisements

Acubens Notepad may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar networks on public pages. These advertisements are clearly labelled. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@acubens.in.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
